What does implementing a dress code actually prove other then making everyone look the same? If someone is going to commit a crime or the like at school, they are going to do it whether or not they are wearing the same clothes as everyone else.

If a dress code is implemented, no one will be in a fashion contest. Plus, there won't be any raggedy jeans hanging off your butt and dragging on the floor and no shirts hanging to the back of your knees.

Teacher's and Parent' taking control.

What's the problem here? Are the adults afraid of the kid's of today.Uniform's are for parent's and teacher's who are to damned scared to face the problem at the root. The root meaning a few bad kid's. Don't punish the kid's that are in school to learn.And if you go there about rich kid poor kid that's life. What you can't sugercoat a kid's life all the time. We live in the real world not the matrix.Believe the kid's know who's got money and who doesn't.Look what goes on in these schools and maybe you will realize just how shallow this uniform thing is.
