The trees

Last time I was at this fountain, I was 6, and it was 1980. The memories that you have in your head eternally are just that, frozen.
What stands out the most is the trees are all grown up.

The Fountain

My most vivid memory of this fountain is a concert performed there in 1978 just prior to the death of a very dear friend.His name was Darryl Johnson and was a very accomplished guitar player.This has brought back so many memories.

My Father's Mother lived close to this fountain. And when we would visit in the summer,(ugh it was so hot you could cut it with a knife) my mom would let us frolic in this fountain. I just remember it felt so good in Paducah's summer heat and humidity!
