so, ive given the pasta house a couple tries, figured maybe they were having an off night.... but no, the food is horrible, they will most probably bring it to you half cold, if the godfather ordered from there like they say in their commercials, he'd send his goons back after their meal and have the pasta house "taken care of"!

I love the Pasta House and frequent the one in Paducah Ky on a regular basis. I think they would do better at another location hard to get to being in the mall on a busy day. The food is the best ever and I love the Chicken Flamingo. Service has for the most part been excellent and Bob always has a smile and a friendly word.

What a magnificent meal Kay and I had the other evening! Thank you so much for your hospitality. You are right that Pauley he don’t know nothing. Somethings we observed for your consideration. We found the Merlot superior to the Cabernet. Kay and I were in agreement on that. The ice tea was good standard Southern fare and the waiter kept my glass full, which I appreciated. The salad had been marinating in the onion, which is okay if you like onion, however, we took the onions off and could still detect some of the taste. The dressing was excellent as was the cheese topping the dressing. The salad overall was considerably above average from most restaurants and I really liked it. The lettuce was crisp and the dressing ample without being overpowering. Our entrees were excellent! We had the Chicken Marsala and the Chicken Flamingo and split them so we could both get a taste. We had to admit that they were both just to our liking and couldn’t decide which was better. The food was properly prepared and hot when it arrived. The rolls were just okay and you can do better. I am not a roll eater unless they are warm and soft with some butter melting on them. Although I am not a dessert eater Kay did try the Tiramasu and I had a bite and it was yummy. All your desserts looked quite tempting. We were disappointed that you didn’t have Espresso or Cappuccinos, however, as they would fit right in with the atmosphere. The decaffeinated coffee was standard fare. Remember my discussion about generational marketing at the Paducah Hospitality Association? Well, you might want to consider a trend that is already underway on the west and east coasts and consider offering from say 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. the “Early Bird Specials”. I am sure you are familiar with that idea where you offer a slightly smaller entrée and salad for a reduced price to anyone who appears during those hours. Most likely though you will attract even more people 55 plus with such an offering, especially if your advertising is tailored to the late Baby Boomer generation and uses their language. We liked your idea of children eating free and the special offers. Winston could not have been a better waiter and I rate his service A+ and Eric I am sure will do well as an assistant manager. We were impressed with both these young men.

My mom is a waiter at the restaurant in Springfield, Missouri and I recommend this restaurant to anybody in the area because of the great food. The person that wrote down that you never go a drink in time is because of the waiter and not the restaurant @!#$!!!

The Pasta House has horrible service. Not only did I never get a drink refill until I was finished eating, but my salad was brown, the bread was hard, and the ravioli I got had OBVIOUSLY been zapped in the microwave! We only saw the waitress once the wole time we were there and we were the only customers. The Pasta House is over-priced and over-rated. Difinitely go to Olive Garden.

Manicotti is delicious! We love this place. Service sometimes is fairly disappointing. Out waiter brought us out butter, but never brought us our bread. Odd. The food is great though!

I work at the P-House, and its a really good family restaurant with with lots of other food choices other than pasta! You can go there for pasta, or steak, or even seafood! I'd definantely go here instead of the Olive Garden.

I usually opt for The Olive Garden over the Pasta House, and now I realize why I do. It seems that no matter what time of day or what day of the week you go there, you have to wait forever for your food. A few co-workers and I went there just a few days ago and I ordered the all you can eat soup and salad. Well needless to say I had eaten two or three bowls of salad, had two refills on my water and still hadn't gotten my soup. Now seems to me you should get the soup and salad at the same time. Anyway if you are in a hurry I don't suggest going to the Pasta House for your dining experience.
