 mobile home loans

 Having trouble getting loan on a 1974 double wide home on water front.Appraised for $195000.
They tell me they don't loan on anything befor 1976.
Can anyone advise me?

 Jimmy,

Try to get a loan on just the land. Mobile homes tend to go down in value, but the land alone may be worth enough to secure the loan.
