We're back.

Sorry for the interruption folks! We are now online again. If you are interested in the details of why we have been unavailable, read below.

Volaris (formerly Apex) shut down its’ Paducah office today (Friday May, 3rd). If not for an internal tip we received on Wednesday, our server (the computer this Web site is on) would have been on a Ryder truck headed to Lexington right now and this site would have been down indefinitely.
Volaris never notified us that our equipment would be moved. Lousy service? A total disregard for customers? Both? We felt this was unacceptable, so after 4 years of patronage to Apex, we decided to move our equipment after only a few months of Volaris ownership.
Since Wednesday, we have been frantically searching for a high-quality local provider to collocate our server. We found one.
A big “thank you” to Heartland Internet (www.hcis.net) for providing excellent service in getting us “re-connected” to the net. If anyone will be looking for a new ISP, these people have it together.
