Hermit crabs in ohio?

I am wanting som emore hermies. I own 3 purple pinchers at the moment. I have a 10 gallon.
I live in Ohio and i really want 2 more mini sized hermies. I was thinking oif buying one, but first i should check if any are 'unwanted' or can't be kept. If you have a hermit crab you can't have any more, please contact me! I probably won't buy, but i might. Just want to know if there is any out there who need a home!
