WARNING TO ALL ONLINE SHOPPERS: I HAVE JUST RECENTLY PERCHASED A CHIHUAHUA FEMALE FROM A CKC MEMBER NAME: (CANDICE WOOD) SHE AND HER COUSINS RONALD AND HEATHER CORMIER FROM VIDOR TEXAS TOLD US THAT THE PUPPY HAD A SINGLE CYST ON THE BELLY AND THAT IT WOULD GO AWAY IN A FEW WEEKS. WHEN WE PICKED HER UP FROM THE AIRPORT SHE WAS COVERED IN FLEAS AND NOT ONLY DID SHE HAVE ONE CYST ON HER BELLY BUT SHE HAD TWO. THE FIRST DAY SHE WAS OK BUT THE VERY NEXT MOURNING MY WIFE CAME HOME FROM WORK TO FIND THE PUPPY THROWING UP, RIGHT AWAY SHE CALLED THE VET AND TOOK THE PUPPY IN. THE SECOND THE VET SAW THE PUP SHE NEW THAT THE PUP WAS VERY SICK. THE VET TOLD MY WIFE THAT THE TWO SO CALLED CYST WERE ACTUALLY TWO BILATERAL HERNIAS AND THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL MY WIFE THAT THE PUP MAY HAVE TO GET SURGERY AND AT WORST GET PUT TO SLEEP. WE CONTACTED MS CANDICE WOOD AND HEATHER AND RONALD CORMIER AND THEY RESPONDED BY HANGING UP ON US AND TELLING US A DEAL WAS A DEAL. FIRST OF ALL I DIDN\'T GET WHAT I HAD PAYED FOR WITCH WAS A HEALTHY CHI PUP BUT WHAT I DID GET IS THE HARSH REALITY OF WHAT MILLIONS OF PEOPLE DEAL WITH EVERY DAY WITH THE INTERNET, SCREWED BY BAD PEOPLE WHO THINK THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS.
SO IF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE YOU KNOW IS TRYING TO BUY A CHI PUP JUST MAKE SURE THAT THE PERSON(S) YOU\'RE BUYING IT FROM IS NOT NAMED CANDICE WOOD OR HEATHER AND RONALD CORMIER OF VIDOR TEXAS.
I used to sell Pekingnese puppies for quite some time. I always gave the people I sold the pups to a couple of days to take the pup to a vet and get it checked out. If not satisfied, I would return the money to the customer. Hernias are quite common but they do need to be repaired. Most of the time I had any puppy who had a hernia surgically repaired. I think one time I sold a pup with a small hernia that was not repaired, BUT I did give that customer the 2 day option to take the pup to a vet, and a money back guarantee. Never buy ANY puppy without the option of being able to take that pup to a vet and getting your money back. That is what makes the difference between an honest seller and one who is trying to rip off a customer. I sold pups for many years and NEVER ripped off a customer. That is not a good thing to do, and those who do that are definitely NOT to be trusted and should not be selling puppies at all! If there is NO GUARANTEE, then DO NOT BUY ANY PUPPY, because you can get ripped off big time. My daughter bought a Rat Terrier pup that was very sick and infested with worms. The puppy miraculously survived but that is a rare occurence. Trustworthy sellers will ALWAYS offer you time to take a pup to a vet and get a clearance on it's health. NEVER, EVER buy a pup without that condition being met!!!!
