Our worship services are designed to minister to all ages and backgrounds. We feature a full worship band that leads in a mixture of traditional hymns and contemporary worship music. We have special music each Sunday followed by a message by one of our Pastors.
Church Mission Statement:
To fulfill Christ's directive given in Matthew 5:13-14. He said, "You are the SALT of the Earth," and "You are the LIGHT of the World." We Desire to be SALT and LIGHT. We want to make a difference in our world, and shine the light to those searching for the truth; so that, as Jesus said, "They may see your good deeds, and praise your Father in Heaven"
We are geared to the times but anchored to the Rock Christ Jesus. Sunday School starts at 9:45 a.m. Worship Service at 10:45 a. m. Sunday night services begin at 6 o'clock p.m., Wednesday night services begin at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited.
Our doors are always open to you. If you are without a church home, we hope you will unite with the Mt. Moriah family. Wherever you go, may you always feel the presence of God and may the blessings of faithful worship bring peace and joy to your heart.

First Baptist Church is a diverse group of people who have experienced God’s grace and who are seeking to be obedient to Christ’s commandment to love God and love people. During the week, you will find us scattered throughout Western Kentucky, but we gather regularly for worship, community, teaching, and ministry. In all things, our ultimate desire is to honor God.
