Paducah's #1 Country Dance Club. We teach line dance lessons every Thursday night at 7pm.
The club's name comes from the 1976 hit by Bob Seger, Night Moves and our signature dance is One Step Forward. Click on "Night Moves," below to listen to our theme song.
Night Moves Dance Club holds dance class every Thursday night at the American Legion Hall, 425 Legion Dr., in Paducah, Ky.
Beginners class starts at 6 p.m.; Intermediate and Couples class starts at 7 p.m.
Visitors and beginning line dancers are encouraged and welcome to stay for the whole night. Admission is $4 for the entire evening. There is free coffee, tea and water. And often times many of our club members will bring goodies to snack on!
The public is invited to come, learn how to dance and above all have some fun!

Night Moves will not meet the last two Thursdays in December, but dance classes will resume in January 2010.

It's time to get out and have some fun and get dancin' at River City Singles. A great DJ spins tunes from the 60's to current. A friendly environment for Single Adults awaits you with a variety of music, dancing and other singles. So don't stay at home... get out and we'll see you at the dance!
LINE OF DANCE (LOD) - Line Of Dance/Direction In Which You Travel. The imaginary line around the dance floor followed when doing speciality dances, two-steps and waltzes. The LOD is usually Counter Clockwise (CCW)around the dance floor. Dances which travel clockwise around the dance floor are described as traveling "against the line of dance".
Owensboro Dance Theatre has provided professional dance performances to the Tri-State area for 25 years. ODT produces two main stage productions each season performed at River Park Center in downtown Owensboro. A unique version of the holiday classic, “The Nutcracker”, is presented each December, plus they have an “In Concert” performance in March.
Founded in 1996, Art! Art! Barking Dog Dance Company is a lively professional modern dance preparatory company. The company has performed extensively in Louisville, most notably at the MEX, the Louisville Gardens, the J.B Speed Art Museum, the Iroquois Amphitheater, Louisville Metro Parks, the Clifton Center, Walden Theater, and the U of L Thrust Theatre.
