The Jackson Purchase Resource Conservation and Development Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, non-governmental, corporation serving the Kentucky Counties of Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Marshall, and McCracken. All contributions are fully tax deductible under the US Internal Revenue Code.
