The Jackson Purchase Resource Conservation and Development Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, non-governmental, corporation serving the Kentucky Counties of Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Marshall, and McCracken. All contributions are fully tax deductible under the US Internal Revenue Code.

The Purchase Area Development District is a partnership organization that offers support to city and county governments in the 8-county region of Western Kentucky. This region includes the counties of Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Marshall, and McCracken.

The Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center was founded in 1978 by a group of dedicated volunteers who were committed to ending domestic violence in our community.
The Department of Planning exists to support the land use planning and development process in the City of Paducah, to ensure the orderly use and reuse of land, to assist in maintaining and enhancing the economic and aesthetic viability and physical function of the City, and to enhance the quality of life in the City of Paducah.
Vickie Curd Ladt is President of Ladt Consulting Services, Inc. The corporation specializes in consulting services in the areas of human resources, occupational safety and health, and insurance/risk management. Ms. Ladt has a B.S. in Business Administration with an Area in Finance, Corporate Emphasis, and a Master in Business Administration degree. Ms.
Kristin Reese Williams has been an Economic Development Practitioner since 1987. Since 2000, KRW Strategies has been providing assistance with organizational development, strategic planning and business development for communities, regions, companies and individuals.
This state-of-the-art performing arts and convention facility, features the largest exhibition hall between Lexington and Knoxville. The Center has enabled hundreds of thousands of people in the region to gather for an array of diverse events and celebrations.
