Shadowbox Cabaret?s ensemble delivers a high-energy mix of outrageous original comedy sketches, theatrical shorts, and live rock n’ roll music every Thursday through Saturday. Providing a unique entertainment alternative that has been called “theatre for the attention deficient”, Shadowbox Cabaret is no traditional theatre experience. There is no age requirement to get in, however, they give all of their shows an “R” rating for adult language and humor.

Shadowbox Live is a non-profit 501C3 performance troupe that self-produces a wide range of shows, as well as runs the company on a day-to-day basis. The top managers of the company make up the Board of Trustees and operate as the primary creators, producers, and performers for the shows.

For 20 years this creative force has produced world-class productions, including original rock operas, traditional musicals, fine art exhibits, contemporary dance, and video / television. An ensemble company of dedicated performers, Shadowbox Live is a healthy, vibrant, self-sustaining arts organization.

  • Owensboro Dance Theatre has provided professional dance performances to the Tri-State area for 25 years. ODT produces two main stage productions each season performed at River Park Center in downtown Owensboro. A unique version of the holiday classic, “The Nutcracker”, is presented each December, plus they have an “In Concert” performance in March.

  • For years the heart of Louisville’s downtown commercial district has been Fourth Street. And there isn’t a better way to end the day than taking in a performance at The Louisville Palace - a treasure to generations of Louisvillians. Although its facade is dynamic in appearance, it doesn’t provide a clue as to the immensity and spectacular design of the interior of the theatre.
