A non-profit, grassroots organization that was established in 1984.

The Child Watch CAC has specialized in working with child abuse victims since 1984; and we have made serving children our only priority. It is the goal of our CAC to reduce trauma to child abuse victims in our region by providing a warm, comfortable, child friendly, home-like environment that is a physically and psychologically safe place for child abuse victims.

The Child Watch Children’s Advocacy Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) grassroots organization that was established in 1984. The Children’s Advocacy Center is a member of the National Children’s Alliance, Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky, National CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Association, and Kentucky CASA, Inc. The Child Watch Children’s Advocacy Center is the oldest CAC in the state; and one of five, out of the 15 regions in Kentucky accredited by the National Children’s Alliance. During the past 24 years the Child Watch CAC has been the recipient of over 15 honors and awards recognizing the Center for outstanding advocacy and services to the children in our region, the latest honor is Kentucky’s first annual “Champions for Children” Award.
