The Fazoli’s concept was created in 1988 by Jerrico, Inc, a multi-brand restaurant group based in Lexington, KY, and then parent company of Long John Silver’s restaurants. Two years and five founding restaurants later, the original Italian Fast Food concept was sold to Seed Restaurant Group, Inc., also based in Lexington.
You will enjoy the eclectic menu here at Max’s. We have selected traditional favorites from around the world and prepare them as authentically as possible. We use red oak in our authentic Italian wood burning oven. It created a wonderfully smoky taste for our pizzas as well as the other dishes that are prepared in it.
