The Paducah Swim Team believes the sport of swimming can make a profound and lasting difference in the lives of its participants. A positive, competitive swimming program promotes life skills such as self-discipline, goal setting, perseverance, citizenship, and leadership. Physical exercise benefits not only one's physical health but also one's mental health and sense of well-being. Paducah Swim Team provides access for the youth of Paducah and outlying communities to a competitive swim program. To provide an environment in which each swimmer can reach his/her potential. To offer a program that remains focused on the swimmer. Paducah Swim Team also offers five levels of professional instruction and training. The staff places each swimmer in an appropriate group based on age, ability, experience, maturity, training level and motivation.
