Offer award winning independent domestic film, classic film from the golden age of Hollywood, internationally renowned foreign film and a host of academy award winners. New release independent film shown every weekend of the best new release international & domestic art films, created by individuals working outside the mainstream industry. 'Movies For Me'
With several community out reach events, ‘Movies For Me’ childrens’ program and the addition of the River’s Edge Film Festival, we offer many opportunities to share the magic of film making with everyone. 'Movies For Me' children's films at the Maiden Alley Cinema are presented by the Paducah Film Society. Experience your favorite child-oriented films on the "big screen" in our state of the art movie theater with popcorn and the works! With the underwriting support of the Richard Holland Community Fund and Pepsi, the Paducah Film Society is donating 20 tickets per screening, a free child sized popcorn and a drink to the area's under-served children so everyone has the chance to be a part of the movies! Tickets are available at the Box Office, 45 minutes before showtime.
