Five Gun Skeet Tournament consistently ranked among the “Top 100” skeet tournaments in the U.S. Four National Skeet Shooting Association (NSSA) regulation skeet fields. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in promoting the civic and social interests of their members. Establishments in this industry may operate bars and restaurants for their members. Illustrative Examples: Alumni associations; Automobile clubs (except travel); Booster clubs; Ethnic associations; Fraternal lodges; Granges; Parent-teacher associations; Scouting organizations; Social clubs; Veterans' membership organizations .

Skeet range to open for quilters' spouses
The Chief Paduke Gun Club open its skeet range on the West Kentucky Wildlife Management Area from noon until 5 p.m. daily to host visitors during American Quilter's Society Quilt Show & Contest in Paducah.

Club offers skeet shooting to quilters' spouses who may be seeking alternative activities during the annual show and contest. Offer scatter gunners both skeet and sporting clays "fun shoot" competition. Following the skeet portion of the event, participants will caravan to the Sorghum Ridge Sporting Clays club along Wilson Road, which is between mile markers 5 and 6 of Ky. 286 east of Wickliffe. Lunch will be provided by the clays club. Following the mid-day meal, participants will shoot 100 targets in hunting scenarios on a simplified sporting clays course. Open to anyone — with novice and junior shooters encouraged to participate — the match will start with 100 targets of skeet competition on the Chief Paduke Gun Club range along Ky. 358 on West Kentucky Wildlife Management area. Registration will open at 8 a.m. and shooting will begin before 9 a.m.

Following the skeet portion of the event, participants will caravan to the Sorghum Ridge Sporting Clays club along Wilson Road, which is between mile markers 5 and 6 of Ky. 286 east of Wickliffe. Lunch will be provided by the clays club. Following the mid-day meal, participants will shoot 100 targets in hunting scenarios on a simplified sporting clays course.

Top combined scorers will win awards. Entry for shooting 200 targets on both ranges is $40. Huntable populations of deer, turkey, dove, squirrel, rabbits and quail exist on the area. Special regulations apply for deer, turkey and small game hunting. Owned/leased by Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. Shooting range, skeet, trap.. more. Free for spectators.
