This is a 116 acre municipal park offering picnic areas, playgrounds, 6 lighted tennis courts, olympic size outdoor pool, 4 full-length basketball courts, and baseball fields. The log cabin was reconstructed to its original state by Mr. Fike, father of Carl Fike, who was a park employee for 35 years or more. The Noble Park Swimming Pool was opened to everyone, regardless of race, color or creed in the 1950's. Public pool open June - Aug., seven days a week. $2.00 for children, $3.00 adults. Swim lessons available.
Also "Kidz Kamps", Arts & Crafts, Dance and Youth and Adult Sports available through the Park services. The island in the center of the lake was dubbed "Duck Island" because of the flocks of ducks that would gather in the lake. Eventually, a duck house was added for "the convenience and welfare of the ducks." It adds to the splendor of the lake, delighting and amazing spectators.
Five-acre lake with gazebos and duck house. See Indian sculpture "Wacinton" located on Hwy 60 near entrance. The wooded area became a haven for outlaws. The combination of moonshine and outlaws resulted in so many muggings that the young people began calling it Monkey Wrench Park. The story goes that no one entered the woods to visit the still without the protection of a monkey wrench.
Enjoy a drive-through Christmas light display throughout December. Music in the Park Friday evenings during June & July (except July 4th) at the Gazebo - Free. 7:00 PM.

From 1-24 East: Take Exit 4 - (Hwy 60) - Turn left. Continue approximately 2.5 miles. Park entrance on left.
